All fields are required for the enrollment to be accepted.
Enrollment Information
Once your enrollment is received and processed, a class confirmation along
with payment instruction will be forwarded to the e-mail address provided. If
you are enrolling multiple children, you will need to submit enrollment
information for each individual child.
Class size is limited. Class sessions only seats 8-10 children,
therefore a $50.00 Deposit/Application Fee is required to hold space in the
session. The outstanding balance is due at the first class.
Class fees/deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations may be re-scheduled for a future class session where there is
availability.
